Email addresses are never collected or made available to anyone else. They are used only for communicating with users. If you wish further to protect your privacy, note how Arrowsmith works: In any window where you are asked to enter your email address, Arrowsmith uses only the characters up through the "@" symbol. Hence you may enter ANY string of 5 OR MORE CHARACTERS TERMINATED BY THE "@" SYMBOL. (To minimize the chance that someone else will use the same string, it is advisable to enter a random, or at least uncommon, character string.) Following your first use, enter either your assigned 4-letter code OR the same character string (including "@") that you used first. If you begin a new problem by entering Stage 1, your old problem will be erased. Enter Stages 2-5 to continue with the same problem.
